The wine has a deep garnet red colour with slightly lighter edges. A powerful nose of overripe fruit, rum steeped fruit aromas and slightly spicy notes of Mediterranean herbs. Powerful on the palate, slightly full-bodied, medium length (carried by the alcohol), flavours of dark chocolate with dried, ripe fruit.
