Tasting Notes
Dark, bright ruby red. Expressive on the nose, of cherry cordial and dried tomatoes, sage and mint, with fine floral notes. Creamy, texture on the palate, with plenty of grippy tannins, powerful, hearty with clear fruit on the finish. After a year in the bottle, still beautiful chocolate notes on the nose and a rounded tannin in the mouth.
