Tasting Notes
Sparkling ruby with a slight violet rim. Clear, memorable nose, some violets, then plums and dark cherries. Juicy and clear on the attack and on the palate, initially somewhat restrained, but then with lots of fine-grained tannins, spreads out beautifully, supple and harmonious.
