Rich, flint garnet red colour. Initially slightly earthy notes, some liquorice, then lots of intense plum, blackberry, multi-layered and exciting. Juicy on the attack and on the palate, plums and preserved cherries, gripping, savoury tannins, profound, long finish, salty.
