Bright golden yellow. Fine and persistent mousse. Very pleasant Mediterranean floral and herbal notes on the nose, followed by fruity notes of yellow apple, exotic fruit, candied lemon peel and a pleasant hint of honey. Lively, fresh taste that finishes with a pleasant minerality, pleasant length.
