The spumante Grigia Brut, vintage 2017 from the winery Fongaro Spumanti has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Durella, Chardonnay from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright golden yellow. Fine and persistent mousse. Very pleasant Mediterranean floral and herbal notes on the nose, followed by fruity notes of yellow apple, exotic fruit, candied lemon peel and a pleasant hint of honey. Lively, fresh taste that finishes with a pleasant minerality, pleasant length.
