Tasting from 17.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Golden, elegant and bright. Fine, neat and persistent mousse. The nose is of great intensity and character, with notes of ripe yellow fruit, Mediterranean and medicinal herbs, followed by a sweet note of pastry. Intense and persistent. Broad and creamy on the palate, where sweetness meets minerality. Long and persistent finish.
