Golden yellow in colour, intense and bright with a fine, quick and persistent mousse. Yeast, brioche, roasted hazelnuts and butter on the nose, followed by notes of ripe yellow fruit. The palate is taut and distinctive with a toasted note, followed by pleasant minerality on the finish.
