Vivid rich ruby colour. Complex nose, dense, showing pronounced notes of ripe cherry, some raspberry, then a rich spiciness. Juicy and dense on the palate, with tightly-woven tannins, sweet texture at the core, compact, just at the beginning of a long development. It is full-bodied, and has a salty finish.
