Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, dark red and gold. Opens with notes of malty, dark bread crust, then lots of dried fig, baked apple and candied pear, some tamarind. Rich on the attack and on the palate, shows lots of candied fruit, date, also shows good acidity, finishes smooth and clear.
