Tasting Notes
Bright silver-green with flint reflections and a fine-grained, persistent mousse. Slightly reductive on the nose, reminiscent of Williams pears and hazelnuts, with a slightly medicinal aftertaste. Taut, full-bodied and with a subtle mousse on the palate, somewhat sluggish in the middle section and breaks off relatively quickly.
More about the tastingSilver, with persistent mousse. Restrained on the nose, some nougat cream, slight hints of chlorine. The same on the palate, with a high dosage and a somewhat sticky finish.
More about the tastingBright silver grey with persistent mousse. The nose is restrained and shy, with some candied pineapple. Balanced on the palate, with clear fruit and well-integrated mousse, minimal dryness on the finish.
More about the tastingBrightest, almost transparent straw yellow with green. Ripe pears and sugar melon on the nose, also slightly floral with violets and chamomile. Spreads over the tongue with fine bubbles, shows fresh acidity in interplay with fine fruit, clear, animatingly juicy, then finishes on a somewhat bitter note with fermented yellow apple.
More about the tastingBright silver with greenish reflections and persistent mousse. Herbal and savoury nose with hints of gooseberry and lime. Powerful and balanced in the mouth with a vivid mousse, expands nicely, has drive, finishes slightly bitter in the finish and therefore misleading.
