It has dark fruit aromas on the nose, with notes of dried plum, confit of wild berry, and hints of shoe polish and ethereal savoury notes. It is full-bodied on the palate, and there is beautiful vivid fruit with flavours of plum and sour cherry. It has elegance, and has an obvious toasty character on the long finish.
