Tasting from 16.02.2024: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Noble nose with notes of caramel, cassis and blackberry confit. A good portion of elegant, balsamic savouriness. Gripping and fresh on the palate, with ripe acidity and lots of dried berry fruit as well as some rum pot. Slightly noticeable tannin, long finish.
