Floral on the nose with Linden and orange blossom followed by lemon zest, honeydew melon and limestone notes. Taut and compact on the palate with a mineral, peppery savouriness allied to smooth texture with good acidity and juicy extract. It's pleasantly tart and long on the palate, and stimulating to drink.
