The white wine Trainara Etna Bianco DOC, vintage 2020 from the winery Generazione Alessandro has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Carricante, Catarratto from the region Sicily in Italy.
Pale straw yellow with evident green nuances. On the nose opens with notes of sea and sea spray, then some lemon and green apple. On the palate very good tension, shows racy acidity that suits the wine well, pronounced salty notes on the finish.
