The white wine Trainara Etna Bianco DOC, vintage 2022 from the winery Generazione Alessandro has been rated in 2024 by Otmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Carricante, Catarratto from the region Sicily in Italy.
Clear pale straw yellow with silver reflections. Citrus and white peach on the nose, as well as sage and thyme and some wet pebbles. Very juicy and mineral on the palate, precise through to the long finish.
