Pale yellow with green reflections. Restrained nose, not very developed, notes of almonds, acacia honey, roasted aromas. Short attack on the palate, rapid onset of tartness, juicy acidity, aromas of baked apple, saffron, nutmeg. Finishes long and closed. Shows teething problems, but has potential and a future.
