Tasting from 28.11.2019: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Plum, blueberry and blackberry as well as warm spicy notes on the nose. Already mouth-filling with a certain extract sweetness, which is beautifully absorbed by the precise, fine acid nerve. Noticeable but pleasant tannin in the medium-long finish.
