Pale yellow in colour. The bouquet is dominated by the scent of yellow-fleshed fruit such as Mirabelle plum and Charentais melon. There are also notes of rosebuds and a fine herbal savouriness in the background. The palate brings a soft attack and ripe, very well-integrated acidity, with some fine citrus notes on the finish.
