Tasting Notes
Bright garnet core with subtle brightening on the rim. A muted savoury nose of tar and iodine, then ripe plums emerge. Hearty and concentrated on the palate, lots of grippy tannin, but the fruit remains somewhat muted. It needs more time to fully develop.
