Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Medium intensity, bright garnet with brown to red accents. Delicate herbs, wild thyme, truffle on the nose, star anise at the base, underpinned by dark wild berries and balsamic vinegar. Spreads out a fine fan, clings tightly to the cheeks, mouth-filling, slightly savoury, shows a grippy structure, with good persistence on the finish.
