Tasting from 07.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, brilliant ruby red. On the nose it is finely drawn, with nuances of ripe cherry, withered rose petal and some sealing wax, in the echo there are generous earthy tones and a touch of blackberry. On the palate it is gripping and profound, with clear, polished fruit and a good portion of tannin, in addition it is juicy and salty, currently still very young, put away.
