Tasting from 14.07.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Dark garnet, with a brightening on the rim. Delicate nose of strawberry confit and dried rose petal, graphite, echo of ripe wild berry. Opening clearly and polished on the palate, beautiful ripe strawberry fruit, juicy, then gripping tannins, with a delicate aftertaste.
