The white wine Coste a Preola Grillo Sicilia DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Tenuta Gorghi Tondi has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grillo from the region Sicily in Italy.
It has a bright straw yellow colour. On the nose there is yellow fruity ripe pear, with rich peach, and all underpinned by a light touch of minerality. It is balanced and juicy on the palate, opening creamy and elegant at first, and then tense and salty on the back palate. However, it still seems young.
