The white wine Meridiano 12 Syrah Sicilia DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Tenuta Gorghi Tondi has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Sicily in Italy.
It has a dark, richly luminous purple colour. Rich and open-hearted on the nose, with aromas of raspberry cordial, rich ripe cherry, and some orange zest, it is a lovely spicy bouquet. It is very fruity on the palate with finely woven tannins, opening with a saltiness, it is an elegant fine wine, and still young.
