Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow, silver glints. Delicate scents of blossom honey, a hint of ripe pear, subtle cucumber notes, and figs, underpinned with yellow tropical fruit. Taut, tightly woven, powerful dry style, discreet acid structure, mineral, with a hint of lime. Still appears very youthful, enlivened by lovely honey nuanced reverberations. Good ageing potential.
