Medium yellow-green, silver reflections. Inviting bouquet of grapefruit zest and chamomile, a hint of papaya, mineral touch, some pineapple. Good complexity, delicately savoury, salty, dark minerality, white stone fruit on the finish, lingers well, certain ageing potential.
