Light golden yellow, silver reflections, very fine mousse. Fine nuances of yellow fruit, hints of quince jelly and mango, delicate biscuity touch, white flowers, multi-faceted bouquet. Taut, tightly meshed, white apple, good freshness, salty minerality, lime on the finish, lingers, very precise style, also good as a food companion.
