Medium yellow, green hints, silver reflections. On the nose, notes of yellow tropical fruit, hints of pineapple, mango, blossom honey and candied mandarin zest. Juicy, elegant and freshly structured, a touch of honey again with notes of white peach on the mineral-salty finish. Will benefit from bottle ageing.
