Tasting from 16.04.2020: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Peach and pink grapefruit in the fragrance, some yeast. In the mouth taut and bundled, compact, but also quite with weight, the firm acid backbone and the saltiness of the wine fit very well to its medium to strong body. A very well built, bundled and mineral Albariño, excellent as a food wine.
