Tasting Notes
Garnet colour with a broad, watery rim. Pale. A hint of molten wax leads on to a nose of leather that is rather subdued. The palate has concentration, wonderful freshness – that vivid streak of fine acidity, actual red fruit at its very core. So bright, so vivid, so clear and beautiful. So fine. So quietly and convincingly intense with a vivid echo of cinnamon and pepper.
