Bright greenish yellow colour, with silver reflections. There are lovely nuances of vanilla and caramel, with juicy yellow stone fruit notes, a touch of pear, and a delicate herbal savouriness underneath. It is well balanced on the palate, with a medium complexity, a pleasant sweet fruit component, and a touch of minerality on the finish. It is persistent and is a multi-faceted food wine.
