Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green colour. Fine nuances of kiwi fruit, ripe gooseberry confit, a hint of tangerine, mineral touch. Juicy, very complex, powerful despite only twelve per cent by volume, fine yellow fruit, extracted sweetness in the finish, perfectly integrated wood, very good persistence, great certain ageing potential.
