Tasting Notes
This has aromas of spicy wood and balsamic notes, although it is still undeveloped. On the palate there is a subtle phenolics structure and firm acidity, and it almost has a certain austerity, with some yeasty background flavours. However it still seems very introverted, and it definitely needs two or three years of further bottle ageing.
