Dark fruity, savoury bouquet with notes of blackberry confit, strawberry, redcurrant and cherry. There are also hints of dark baked bread, liquorice and black pepper. Dense and powerful on the palate, with ripe acidity and finely polished tannins. Aromas of ripe wild berries and sour cherry. A hint of vanilla on the long finish.
