Pale yellow green, silver reflections, very fine mousse. Delicate yellow tropical fruit, a hint of meadow herbs, nuances of honeydew melon, somewhat shy bouquet. Taut, light-footed and animating, white apple, lemony and salty finish, a lively aperitif.
