Deep, dark ruby-garnet color, opaque core, violet highlights, delicate lightening at the rim. Hints of black cherries, blackberries, and cassis; inviting fruit. Full-bodied, black currants, well-integrated tannins, blackberries on the finish, a touch of nougat, mineral notes; will benefit from bottle aging.
