Pale chartreuse yellow with silver hues, a fine mousse. Refined notes of baked bread, ripe yellow tropical fruit, some pineapple and peach, an inviting bouquet. Medium complexity, white apple, some verbena, a mineral-lemon finish, a lively pairing with food.
