Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, very fine mousse. Inviting yellow tropical fruit, delicate hints of papaya, lime zest, some cookie and oak savouriness. Complex, tightly meshed, fine white apple fruit nuances, balanced acidity, mineral, salted lemon finish, persistent, a multi-faceted food companion. (Deg. 9/18).
