Ethereal, mineral, chalky, greenish aroma, but also stone fruit and lime. On the palate it's even more herbal and spicy with an enormous amount of mineral grip, with a tart, fruity and somewhat earthy flavour and invigorating acidity. Very successful both on its own and with food.
