Delicately scented, pears, yellow apple, apple peel, quince, lemon zest, fine spice, cinnamon stick. Taut, lean and animating on the palate, nutty flavours of citrus and stone fruit, distinctive spiciness, fine mousse, fresh, fruity and tart, stimulating, juicy.
