Tasting from 15.02.2023: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sauter, Otmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Benjamin Vombach, Dominik Herzog

Raspberry and strawberry on the fruity nose, also yellow fruit, mirabelle plum, apricot and peach, plus dried Mediterranean herbs and a hint of rosehip. Juicy on the palate with tension and lively acidity, slender structure, fine tannins and herbaceousness. Subtle sweetness and a cool style. Clear in expression, fun to drink.
