Tasting from 17.08.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Cassis, lemon balm, elderflower, passion fruit, yellow kiwi on the nose. Stormy mousse on the palate at the beginning, but well integrated, subtle fruit sweetness noticeable, fine tartness, juicy fruit, pears, yellow kiwi. Refreshing sparkling wine, good on its own as well as a versatile accompaniment to food.
