Tasting Notes
Bright, brilliant orange-pink. Ripe notes of plum and Amarena cherry on the nose, followed by cheese rind and pine needle, with a spicy finish. Carried by a delicate bitterness on the palate, fine mousse, unfortunately breaks away somewhat at the back and leaves behind a delicate dryness.
