Tasting Notes
Brilliant salmon pink colour. Slightly salty nose with notes of toasted hazelnuts, cheese rind and small wild berries. On the palate there is a fine mousse, well integrated, with fine interplay of crisp acidity and steely fruit, until the long finish.
