The red wine Falcorosso Suvereto Toscana IGT, vintage 2019 from the winery Il Falcone has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Deep dark ruby red with a black core. Warm stewed plums meet the nose, paired with delicate leather savouriness, fresh thyme, coriander seeds and tea leaves. Full-bodied, with interwoven tannins, dense body, compact core, good acidity, appears very dry, some bitter almond on the finish.
