Dark ruby core with a fine brick-coloured rim. Powerful on the nose, with overripe plum and mulberry, with hints of bay leaf and roasted coffee in the background. Also powerful on the palate, with savoury fruit and tightly knit tannins. Slightly drying on the finish.
