Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant straw yellow with persistent mousse. On the nose first black bread crust, then flint, salt lemon, mint, hints of orange blossom towards the end. On the palate great interplay between all constituent parts, dense and vibrant, fine and well-integrated mousse, full of finesse, with juicy and persistent finish.
