Tasting Notes
Brilliant straw yellow with a persistent, delicate mousse. Great, inviting nose of ripe stone fruit and candied citrus zest, a hint of wild berries, lime and mint, with a finish of white flowers. On the palate with a beautiful arc of tension, harmonious attack and finish, delicate, well-integrated mousse, very vinous and clean on the finish.
