Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant dusky pink with a fine mousse. On the expressive and inviting nose are ripe forest berries, raspberry, as well as delicate floral hints and just a touch of yeastiness. The palate has a great mousse with a compact fruit core, which spreads gently over the tongue, yet without seeming banal. Harmonious and coherent, this is a fine Cruasé.
