Tasting from 28.10.2020: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

A brilliant, pale yellow with a persistent mousse. Slightly reductive on the nose, a hint of yeast, then some wet stone, with notes of blood orange and grapefruit. Very juicy and bright on the palate, slightly salty, enveloping and precise, dry, bright, powerful.
